Winrm Terms & Conditions — Platform Usage Rules
Please read this document carefully before using the winrm platform. By registering or using our services, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions stated below.

Acceptance of These Terms and Conditions
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the winrm platform — whether via the website, mobile app, or any other provided access method — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in full, along with all related policies including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are requested not to use the winrm platform. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to the terms will be taken as acceptance of those revised terms.
The winrm platform is intended strictly for adults aged 18 and above. Registration or use by anyone below this age is prohibited, and winrm reserves the right to close any account found to be in breach of this age requirement.
Account Creation, Security, and User Responsibilities
Account Registration
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account. You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full name, phone number, and a valid email address. winrm reserves the right to verify your identity at any time and may request supporting documents such as your ID for account verification purposes.
Holding multiple accounts or registering with false information is a serious violation that may result in account closure and forfeiture of any existing balance.
Password Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. winrm will never ask for your password via email, chat, or any other communication channel. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact our support team immediately.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, regardless of whether it was authorised by you, except where a failure is attributable to winrm's own negligence.
Platform Usage Rules and Prohibited Conduct
Users of the winrm platform agree to use this service solely for lawful purposes in accordance with applicable Malaysian law. The following activities are expressly prohibited:
- Using bots, automated software, scripts, or any other unauthorised means to access or interact with the platform.
- Attempting to gain unauthorised access to winrm's systems, databases, or other users' accounts.
- Abusing bonuses or promotions through dishonest means, including the use of multiple accounts or technical exploits.
- Transferring funds derived from illegal activities through the platform — winrm complies with all applicable anti-money laundering regulations.
- Sharing your account with another person or allowing a third party to use it on your behalf.
- Posting content that is offensive, threatening, or harmful to other users or winrm staff.
Any breach of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of existing balance, and legal action where deemed appropriate.
Payment, Deposit, and Withdrawal Policy in MYR
Fund Deposit
All financial transactions on the winrm platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Accepted deposit methods include DuitNow, FPX, and bank transfers to major Malaysian banks. The minimum deposit amount is as stated in your account section when logged in.
Winrm only accepts funds from bank accounts registered in the same name as the account holder. Third-party deposits are not permitted; such funds will be returned or subject to investigation.
Fund Withdrawal
Withdrawals will be processed to the bank account registered in your profile. Processing times are as stated in the platform's help section, subject to completed identity verification. winrm reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals for security review or compliance purposes where necessary.
All bonuses and promotional credits are subject to their respective wagering requirements before they can be converted to cash. Detailed terms for each promotion are stated separately on the relevant promotions page.
Liability Limits, Intellectual Property, and Account Closure Policy
Liability Limit
Winrm is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from service disruptions, technical failures beyond the platform's control, or actions by third parties. winrm's maximum liability under any circumstances is limited to the amount of funds held in your account at the time of the incident.
Intellectual Property
All content on the winrm platform — including text, graphics, logos, interface designs, databases, and software code — is the exclusive property of winrm or its respective licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any of this content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from winrm.
Third-Party Links
The winrm platform may contain links to third-party websites for reference purposes. winrm is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites. You access those websites entirely at your own risk.
Account Suspension and Closure
Winrm reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice if there is evidence of fraud, platform abuse, violation of these terms, or upon instruction from the relevant authorities. Users may also request closure of their own account by contacting the support team. Any remaining balance after the review process is completed will be returned to the original payment method.
Changes to Terms and Applicable Law
Amendment of Terms
Winrm reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Amendments take effect immediately upon publication on the website. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of the current terms in force.
Continued use of the platform after any amendments are published will be considered full acceptance of the revised terms.
Applicable Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable Malaysian law. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the winrm platform shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. Should negotiation fail, both parties agree to refer the dispute to a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.
